I remember when almost everything here in America was made Here . But now .... if you look close almost everything , everywhere , is made somewhere else . so...... are we still Making Anything ??? and if so... where the Hell Is It. :smilie_happy:

We still make lots of porn and autistic kids... Not much for exporting though....

As for Harleys. Like my old man says "you wanna ride a harley, go ahead"

I had a Heritage for about 10 years. It was a great bike. I sold it last year and bought a Honda because I wanted a Honda. 300lbs lighter, 2 more cylanders, 9k rpm redline and a whole lot of fun to work on. The harley just became a lot of money sitting there after awhile. And I got tired of being loud and not fast.. Wanted some bite with my bark.

I say frack'em if they can't take a joke. They NEVER hesitate to rip on a Asian bike.

My first brand new bike was a Suzuki Marauder 800cc. I put a bicycle bell on the bars. Whenever I pulled up next to a big boy on his big harley I would give him a little head nod and ring that bell. Got a smile out of em every time....

I would go on poker runs and hear people saying "did you see the bike with a bell on it?"

Need to get another one for my wing. Problem is nobody would be able to see or hear it cause Im goin too damn fast....

I just like to ride and I also own a Harley .and a Honda and a Suzuki a lot of Harley riders started on jap bikes (my Harley has never broke down )

ive never owned a harley but mostly due to the high cost....back in the day when they were affordable i simply like the bsa chopper look better ... it leaked oil through seemingly solid metal was always broken pain in the ass ... i like all bikes ... but i appreciate the oldwings ... there simply the smoothest solid mount bike motor ever it seems to me ...
