I've the ability to measure off-idle throttle response in milliseconds with my manifold using a variety of carburetors.

I've detailed records.

Yeah right :smilie_happy:

Here's how...

The device I primarily use is a computer. Actually, more than one.
Along with that are other various tools and supplies.
I run my tests under "no-load" conditions specific to engine RPM. I've no reason to conduct tests under simulated load.

Just another blinding admission that he has yet to actually RIDE his creation.
And...how does he use a computer to test his stuff? My guess is he uses the computer to post a bunch of bull-squat...nothing more. :Doh2:

Something else I noticed this evening.....there has been at least TWO PAGES of posts deleted in the thread at Saunder's. Earlier this afternoon it was up to 73 pages.....I saw where one of the Mods had posted he has deleted one post, for sure....apparently, there's some "flaming" going on over there. I haven't seen that, has anyone else? :ahem:

Imma startin to think Cap'n Idjit is secretly a politician..... :whistling:

There are many who are pursuing this conversion using material other than what is suggested in this thread. Using the material suggested in this thread does not lend itself well to tuning.
Then why suggest it?

.....that I use in port tuning my manifolds are privileged to me and those that have one. I've no benefit in divulging it to the public.

I don't get it.
Is he trying to help others build a successful manifold?

What I cannot help you with are the results of my testing.
Those you will have to aquire by your own means.
This is no free ride.

Well we certainly have a different purpose in mind for our carb threads than he does.

Quoted paragraph from a PM I got this morning from CRAFTMAN6001

I must say that there are a lot of good directions that they are heading in. It seem to me that you cannot have enough information to get the job done. Some of it requires you to have a a good IQ with intelligence (not here )For me I can keep up, but rather keep it simple minded. Were not building a rocket ship for a trip to the moon on a budget of working class. :smilie_happy:
So I guess you can say I feel comfortable enough to ask some questions without feeling that I mite upset someone or be belittled.

You are absolutely correct that Dan's forum is the place for goal oriented adjustment of the single carb builds.
:cheeky:

:smilie_happy: :hihihi: :yahoo: :smilie_happy:

This is gettin far too entertaining to read....
Apparently he IS somehow being able to read everything that is posted here in the forums...even tho he is banned. I guess he needs to stay on top of things, so he comes by here to smuggle some info to post as his own, or to flat out determine it's hogwash. His last few posts made me get up and turn the A/C on, it was gettin so hot here.... :smilie_happy:

So now cap'n Iamgod builds the world's bestest firetrucks, too? Bet he ain't never ridden one of them, either.... :smilie_happy:

Well that got both boring and tedious real fast. Bestest firetrucks whoopee. I bet some of the cans in his pantry I had a part in making.
