hmmmmm many are into just riding the bikes in so so clean state as we ride much more than you could possibly keep up cleaning ...thats me for sure ...plus dont have the funds to get it were it deserves top level polish either

Back in the late '70s/early '80s, when I had my 750 Hondamatic, I rode that thing everywhere, unless it was raining. EVERY night, before I went home, I took it to the car wash, and cleaned it well. I'd be at the car wash for a couple of hours cleanin. Got harassed by Johnny law more than a few times for being there at 2-3 o'clock in the mernin. I kept it clean because it was really nice when I bought it, and I was proud of it. My 'Wing, on the other hand, is a work vehicle, basically. I keep it as clean as I can, because I do have SOME pride, but I can't keep it spotless all the time....just not feasible. Today I rode to werk in the rain....so it's pretty dang nasty right now. I had plans to tear the plastic off this weekend and give it a good douchin anyway, so....I figured nuttin frum nuttin leaves nuttin.... :hihihi:
