AlaskaWing » Wed May 22, 2013 2:02 am[/url]":3foh02e2]So my poor bike spent the summer sitting, because I was too afraid to ride it without doing the maintenance, but never had the time. THen I ended up just putting it in a shed for the winter. :nea:

No excuses for winter riding.........

Gerry, those things probably weigh about 200 pounds, (and the fellas on them look a little skinny too) can you imagine how quickly a 700 pound goldwing with a 250 pound rider would drop through the snow crust?

No...I will stick to the summer riding. Two weeks ago I rode in the snow accidentally because the weather guy had it wrong and I rode my bike to work. I ended up riding home having to lean around the windshield because by some oversight the goldwing windshield does not have a windshield wiper to keep the snow off!!!
