I joined this group to help locate some parts for my GL1200. From what I've seen this is a hard bike to get parts for. Currently looking for throttle valves or even just a carberator that I could use for parts. Any suggestions?

Unless it's a Standard, the 1200 was made in the 10s of thousands. Used parts are very common. Try eBay.

Or inquire here. I think you'll find it find it relatively simple to acquire whatever you need.

I'll check out those site. I will say that it is a 1984 GL1200. The 84 seems to be the bigger issue in finding the correct parts.
