We can help with the cost of a porta john. As far as music, I can try to strap my piano to the luggage rack, but I don't think my back tire will take it! :smilie_happy:

Yes I do, but it will not fit on the bike with all of the other gear...(Plus I do not want it to get wet when we ride out).

On the porta John, I mentioned to my wife this morning there's one bathroom. She said what about getting one of those porta potties  ..............

 why didn't we think of that earlier!

The one quote I got today is $135 for the weekend.
Joe should have more info by end of this week if there's a cheaper one available.

:good: If we each kick in 10 bucks, we'll have the cost of the Porta Potty covered! I don't want Joe to have to pay for it.

Next item: Do we have any community meals planned, ie, eating out at local hot spots? Since I'm camping, I kinda need to plan how much food to bring  I will, being a good Navy Chief, bring a coffee maker and Starbucks bold coffee.....Brian understands that......LOL

Yes I do... We Chief's need our coffee. :Egyptian:

If I end up camping, I am still going to be eating out so I wasn't planning on cooking, therefore all the cooking equipment is staying at home.

I'm in for $10.

There's been some questions what we'll do about meals.
I'll be there Friday so I think what we'll do is make a run for breakfast stuff and maybe burgers and hot dogs for lunch Saturday.
I think that will cover guys showing up Saturday then after we can figure out what we'll do for dinner and sunday. Should know then who will be there sunday and Monday.
For this reason it's important everyone making the meet or not PLEASE update your RSVP in the calander. calendar.php?view=event&calEid=152

I don't want to over think all this, want to have fun too so any suggestions I'm open.

Well be keeping track of costs so be ready to add to the kiddy.

Looks like best price for weekend porta dumper is $125.
I'm counting on the 18 yes so far showing to need this so if your not going to make it make sure to update your RSVP!
