Huh, my cable clutch seems pretty stiff on the '82. Is that not normal?

Thanks 2 85....I’m so love how it all came out ....as for the pull the 1200 clutch is designed better and is bigger than 1000 and 1100 clutches ...and I’m thinking it pulls easier with the same leverage..and the biggest reason the 1200 set up seems to be easy pull with hydro ...it seems easy pull or better with cable too ...is my opinion

For some reason, when I think about your bike, I have Johnny Cash's "One Piece at a Time" going through my head.

:hihihi: LOL ....that’s been said many times before ...the parts mixing has been huge not just wings of different years but cars handicapped grab rails ...it’s ugly but it sure is one of a kind and put together by a wingnut :whistling:

You have no idea! Here is one of Joe's previous bikes known then as the "Mongrel":

Looks like a 'wing to me. :smilie_happy:

Talk about picture that can haunt you ...my my Gerry posted it again ...when I used my HD parts bucket I knew where the parts was ...it could hold a bike or two :smilie_happy:

Looks like almost 2 bikes in pieces from the pictures above. Did you just shake and bake?

If I could manage one thing throw all pieces in the tub ..I knew I had them ...during this period of time I might be working 3 or 4 bikes at the same time ...you can see all the heads lined up ..I probably had 5 times that many more plus ....maybe close to 10 bikes all but one was wings ..I sure miss not having all that stuff ...and pleasure to create bikes that were never made that way by Honda ...
