That's looking great Brian! I want something similar that will protect a bit better than the shield I bought.

Thanks to all.

I still have some carb issues to work out before any long road trips so I want to run a few tanks of gas through it with some ATF in it after a tank with some seafoam to see if that clears things up. It just seems like thinks are sticking and need to be lossened up a bit. As far as cutting the view, not really. I am still looking over the top of the windscreen, so that isn't a problem: being tall has it's advantages.

Nice job. I have never been fond of the looks of those bags, but with this look, it looks pretty darn decent. You will have to cautious at speed at first to see if that fairing starts to lift the weight off the front end. They look like they might cause some lift at the angle they're at. Maybe not since they're not too big.

So far no problem up to 85, but still checking some other things. Those bags do have a lot of space though...

Looks like discs are reversed, left on right, right on left on left. Or am I mistaken???

Might be... That's how they were on the bike when I bought it. Now I have to go look at some others!

yep making ne want vetter bags again on hooch ...its been a battle with Harley bags ..vetter bags seem just better all the ways one can look at it ... after riding off a tank of gas ...the lasthing I want to do is open up a flinsey riged Honda bag or Harley bas of not much better design

Believe they are marked L&R on inside of discs if memory serves. Any more memory does not always serve, but discs are reversed IMHO.

The University of Google has proved you to be a scholar. Looks like someone put the rotors on the wrong sides at some point in the past. Now I must fix it. Funny thing is that several times I looked at them and thought it was odd that the rotors would rotate into the calipers instead of away from them.
