Thanks guys. My kids really spruced the place up, went all out. I have a courtyard with grapes growing over it, in the front yard between the lawn and the front of the house. Backyard is paved with cobble stones, lights, awnings. Garage fits both cager and Crystal with plenty of room. 4bed/2bath and no carpet. Feels like good karma coming our way, I couldn't be happier.

Latest addition on the left...2017 R1 rode home 100 miles last night in pouring friggen rain that was completely unexpected, then 2018 Ducati V4S, 2016 KLR 650.
83 Oldwing is too big to share the space, it’s under the patio cover.
