I'm sorry to hear of your loss. Mommas are very special. Fathers can be loved, even best pals, but Mothers own our hearts.
My Mom died in August 2008. I consider the difficult task of taking care of her the last 16 days of her life to have been a complete honor. Wonderful human being and my second best friend, after my wife. Think of her every day and usually laugh, as she was a real card.
As I posted earlier in the Goldwing Owners Forum, in response to a member's anniversary of the loss of his wife 20+ years ago: "Only those brave enough to love deeply grieve deeply." Glad you had such a great Momma! (Oh, and by the way she's in the presence of The Lord, so she's happy as a clam and just waiting for you and others to show up. No hurry, as her time reference is now ETERNITY.)
