Went to the Springfield Illinois mile flat track nationals. Great race !!!
on my way home today to Cincinnati.

My back decided to come back and remind me who is boss. It has been acting up all weekend. Ugh! I did put the family in the car and drive up to Louisville yesterday for my mom's 77th bday. Two hours in the car both directions and I am flat in the bed laying on ice today.

But, it is nice to be relaxing.

Oh man I have back pain occasionally so I know what your going thru.

Fortunately I figured out as long as I keep below the lifting limits that bring on the pain and lift straight up using my knees I can keep it away.

hummmmmmm......I have soooooo many projects that need to be finished, it's hard to say. and then of course....it's Raining. :builder:

Ah, golf. A nice stroll through beautiful countryside, spoiled by chasing a little white ball that never seems to go where you intended. That's only a problem if you forget it's a game, or try to make a living at it. Since this was an outing, I'm guessing there were several beer carts on the course. Those were good times way back when. Ya must of had fun.

Yeah we always have a good time , it was a shop outing so you always have those 4 or 5 foursomes that play serious golf and then there is the rest of us that are there for a good time, you know away from the wives and hangin with the guys and braggin :Egyptian: :Egyptian: :Egyptian: :hihihi: :hihihi: :hihihi:

It's already in the past but...

I was mod'ing my XT500 to SR500 (kind of), Put CB750K front and rear fender.

Other than that, I was trying to sell my CB750 cafe bike. Two buyers showed up. One may come back today to get it.

On GL front, mine developed fork seal oil leak. All Balls three lip fork seal lasted only 5000 miles. Maybe due to some unexpected stress from the sidecar.. This time I will go with factory fork seals and replace those bushings also.

Glad to hear you're doing better, Joe! :heat:
Since Sat was our anny, we spent the day spendin money at several antique shops. Sunday I just laid around watchin all of the dadgum wildfires in our area on the tube. Monday, I decided it was time to wash & clean Mama's '85 Vette, fire it up & let it run a while, and then put the cover back on it. It was nice outside, around 80 or so at the most....a welcome change from the 100+ deg temps of the last two months. :Egyptian:
