What parts? :headscratch: Last summer, i ordered seals, springs, dampers, & boots for one of my 84 standards, rebuilt those, & a couple other sets replaced the seals, boots, & springs, with no issues. :good:Believe i may have a set of seals, Honda seals will work in them

For progressive replacement air shocks?

Yes, 1200 Progressive's use same seals as Honda, & many Harley's as well, 1100's same seals, don't know about 1000's, never had the pleasure.

So when I went for a ride in Washington with Pony Ruiz, near the end a car behind me pulled up and said I had no break light. Checked it and sure enough no break, but all else worked. So we finished ride. This week I pulled it apart and checked it out. my Son had done some work on the bike a few weeks before I left for Washington to correct a no tail light condition, he fixed the no tail light but sure messed up the tail light wiring. Pulled the tail light from the donner bike and wired it in right. The light bar wiring had been wired in wrong. now all I have to do is fix/replace the broken lights on the light bar and get new lense covers. Oh well if something wasn't broken I would not have any thing to do. Of course the teip to Washington caused me to bull my add on CL, so I have time now. Maybe next I list it will sell. :smilie_happy: :smilie_happy: :smilie_happy:

Prepped the Asspy for the trip to Benezette,Pa. tomorrow, not that far of a trip but have never been there to see the Elk, probably the last long trip for this year with our riding buddy, he's 87 and still wheelin, he's on three wheels but ya gotta do what you gotta do . :good: :good: :good:

Will do , we had a blast today, unfortunately it was 42* and foggy in spots this AM but turned out to be a nice 70* day well before we got there :good: :good: :good:

This weekend saw lot of hours at work due to planned electrical maintenance that required our emergency operation center to be open from Wednesday to Sunday. :head bang: Thankfully, yesterday was a federal holiday... being a federal employee does have it's benefits.

I was able to get on the 1200 and go for a ride through some of the local mountain twisties and see some of the early fall colors and then pick up an 81 tank shelter, front fender, and BOTH side covers for $25.00. Yep, yesterday was a pretty good day to start off the week!

2 weekends ago I started out pulling my bike apart to replace the gas tank. I got sick and let it sit apart for a whole week. This past weekend Friday night Saturday morning I finished it up and went to 2 weddings. Bike ran good here are the pictures of the prossess I forgot to list..

Just road back from the airport again! It is real nice to get home after a long week out of town and find the old girl waiting for you at the airport! :moped:

I was reminded that when adding ATF to an empty gas tank (it took 4.8 gallons) it is best to fill the tank half full then pour in the ATF. Motors don't like to run on a high concentrate of ATF.

:smilie_happy: I did the same thing a few years ago! Luckily, the gas station was downhill from my house and we rolled in!

Will that ride off stand work with the wheel turned so you can lock the steering? I'm not sure I could leave my bike with it unlocked.
