Went for a ride with Joe and picked my chin up when he twisted the wick on hooch and ran away from me like I was sitting still.

I wish I would have had my camera with me because a written description just doesn't do it any justice.

He's been telling us what a rocket it is. You should have expected that.

hmmmmm it was suggested to me to have hooch up to par so brian could give an opinion about hooch other than just me blabbing so ...i did let hooch rip some ....ive got the linkage set up so i cant grab it all for safety reasons ......hooch can always out run your down road plan with its power .....at least mine anyways ..im not the greatest of riders or even close ...but ive been trained well to know im the weakest link in the set up ...it was fun to show brian what hooch is made of ....like any bad dog is ...all muscle and no fat ....except for the rider.....i like his comment ....ive never seen hooch like brian got too ...i do know brian was on a great running 1200 from my view of his bike ...i dont think that bike has lost a thing since 1984 when new .....

No surprise on the 84's ability to be way past what you should be doing, if you wind 2nd tight you've have went fast enough for a speeding ticket anywhere around this part of the country. Then you have 3rd & 4th & fifth, as Joe well knows now with the 1200 block & trans, with his head combination, & carb upgrade has to be a real kick in the ass, & top end on these, is astounding. :yahoo: The math numbers say over 160, & with enough fuel, & room, not hard for me to believe, as i walked past a Valkyrie at about 130 & still climbing great, a few years ago. :hihihi: He had very LOUD exhaust, i was getting on the freeway, & didn't want to hear the NOISE, so just had to get in front of him. :whistling: The way the 84 blew past him had to be a surprise, as he got off about 3 miles down the road at the first exit. :headscratch:

It's funny when I blast past some of the sport bike guys on the freeway. They are hunched down, the chin of their helmets on the gas tank with lots of RPM's and I blow past sitting upright waving in total comfort. I just chuckle to myself.

I did that a few time today. The problem with leaving Florida though is that the further north I ride, the colder it is getting again, so not many more riders out. Where did they all go? Just put another layer on and ride on!

Bank angle sensors as the term bank suggests sense the lean/ angle of the bike when turning/banking and are usually used as an electric fuel pump cutoff ( if your bike is sleeping then your fuel pump should not be pumping if you haven't shut off the ignition). They are also used in some self cancelling flasher/blinker applications

Oh, thank you, I guess I could have googled that but I didn't even think to google it,lol. I get it now thanks for explaining it. That dose make sense though. Never knew that is how the bikes canceled it. Again thanks for the information I learned something without googling and scrolling. How about that..~ :hi:
