Thanks Joe. When my new header wrap stops smokin I'll post a short vid of the finished product. Give you a better view of the bike. I love this stupid thing, lol.

Yes O ring will seal fine. I had to twist mine a little with liberal amount of vaseline to get the O rings in place.

Alrighty guys. She is done. Everything was fine. There were no leaks. Then i started it up to show you guys a video. I asked dan to post it for me. There was some coolant droppin from the radiator. I'm not sure why. It dropped and made a small puddle then stopped. I'm not sure if maybe it has a lil too much coolant and is runnin from a weep hole. Never had an issue like that before. Thoughts? I'll keep you posted.

Is it possible that the recovery hose has come off the radiator and is allowing it to leak? Where is the puddle and try and follow it to its source?

There is a small amount of oil I have noticed on the floor after i park the 76, just a few drips. I pulled the radiator off today to fluch it out and check some other issues i was having and decided, what a great time to pull those timing covers. I am ordering new gaskets for the covers. I got this bike i. Feb this year and the PO listed that cam shaft seals were one of the things he fixed. I must say the seals themselves look to be new. However the belt housing area is not dry and clean like i would like it to be. Does anyone have a source for these seals and any advice on changing them? I dont think its gonna be a big deal if i dont change em but hey, im in there right. I want to clean and get this part of the machine tip top. Scratch that off my list. The belts are brand new FYI.

So to answer the original question. The leak was caused on the front seals by the blown head gaskets. The engines compression was pressurizing the case forcing the small amount of oil past the seals and causing my minor leak! Can you frickin believe it! Glad thats done. :heat: :head bang:    :head bang: :thanks: :music:
