yeah thompson get that motor out of there if you can and have the space or at least tak the timing belt covers off to see if it is a broke belt it almost sounds like it could be....or better yet take the valve covers off this is easy....put the kill switch to off and turn it over and see if the valves are moving on both sides if the valves are not turning on the tack drive side then the belt is broken and this might be good news ....maybe all you need is a head or valves or maybe just a belt and head gasket .....you might be able to figure this out while the boss is deciding on thr trip .....yep thats what id do first.....joedrum
