The avatar is Ogri, and Ogri was a ton up lad back in the 60's, 70's a cartoon figure in the English Motor Cycle News. But he doesn't have a beard he has what we called 6 'O' clock shadow. But I had a beard once it was Ginger and the colour of my hair is or was brown. I looked like a "prat" I had it for a year and when I shaved it off I had a brown face but white where the beard was. So made me look even more like a prat. So then I went for a Viva Zapata type moustache, across the lip and down to the chin bone. I still looked like a prat but a bit less of a prat than before. These days I shave about 3 times a week (can't be bothered), and I have to do it in the shower as if I wet shave without being in the shower I get shavers rash real bad these days.

So I usually just electric shave and sometimes I just can't be assed for several days then I just look untidy as now it's grey not red. So I hate shaving and I hate the beard cause I just don't look right in one. My son does have a good beard again Ginger/red, but even his is going grey and he is a submariner so he is allowed one. He has gone from the British Royal Navy to the Australian Navy again as a Subby, he pisses off a few officers because until he gets his security clearance he can't do a patrol. So they keep pulling him up on base and tell him to shave it off, he just cites Navy regs and tells them to go F**K, I think they are stupid, the Ausies, they use Diesel/Electric boats and the Brits Nukes So he has forgotten more about Diesels / Electrics than they know themselves, but until he gets his clearance he can't go on board? :clapping: :BigGrin:

Ah riding the wing in a kilt, that's easy, you have to tuck it under your bum, then push the front down between the seat and the feux tank. or do what I do, don't wear it on the bike. :smilie_happy:
