Leaks suck, can you give the bolt a tad more torque? maybe just a little will do.

Maybe it's just #9 O ring?
I'm hoping it #9 O-ring. Its just the fact pulling the front cover off.

Try Z's suggestion. Maybe loosen a few bolts in that area and retighten them. Might stop the leak.
I'm going to try Z's suggestion first and see what happens.
