ok work on the jyd some yesterday no pics need batteries ...seems the condition is so rough on jyd i am thinking of changing the build process to higher level in the doghouse ... the advantage of the table-less bike lift are going to be expanded ... this should raise the level of joedrum game on oldwings ...we will see .....

this project is again i uncharted territory ...hmmm seems common for me now i am not even worried .....ok it will be set up day today hopefully get some batteries for pics also

seems the 1000 gas tank can be modded to the 1200 frame ...to give room for the 1100 final drive this bad dog will have ...it is fair to say that a 1200 is a stretched 1000 for longer wheel base and a slightly lower seat height

before bath ..with tub in place ....this dog is going to get a serious washing ... all waste product will be collected and recycle into positive use for me ...i have many ways to use it up to zero waste ....the doghouse is a green machine operation
 
split wood most of day but did do some jyd work ...

un hooked everything thermo cover ...pump cover ...wires on harnest ... starter wire .. had to clip stator wires ...bolts and all were certainly easy to get out at perfect height...

frame up and out of the way till put back .....reason for all this is rear cover needs removed and output drive shaft changed to 1000 or 1100 shaft that has cir clip groove ....
 
okay again after totally trashed from retirement heat program ...did some JYD work ...pics

saving the rear cover gasket was almost 100% ...just one blemish...clutch cover had a section that seperated on the two surfaces but is high enough on clutch cover to get away with patching the break with the dreaded goop ...just a dab id say ...

the way i do this is i loosen bolts to a certain point just barely loosee and bang around with rubber sledge ... then determin witch way seems best to leave gasket on and using knife cut the gasket off other surface till free ... hmmm hope i worded that right ...

ahh the output shaft spot that needs 1100 or 1000 final output drive switch....as a whole things look good to me
