I went into my Local pharmacy a couple of months ago.

The owner in there goes to the doctor that My wife and i go to.

He had not had a blood test for his D3 level.

My Pharmacist had a customer that was talking about his bad sciatica pain he had, and that he was to the point of surgery, as the pain was so bad, and pain pills were not working for him.

My ears started flapping, I asked if he knew about D3, for pain, he said No but my Pharmacist, said he was taking 3K Units, of D3, I mentioned that Dr said for me to take 10K UI per day,

Since my Pharmacist had not had the blood work done, for D3 he thanked me and went out and picked up more for himself off of one of the selves, and the customer said he wanted to try it too as he was desperate.
 
hmmmmm I just wonder ive done the b thing yrs ago didn't help but im extreme case for sure ...but have been faltering a lot lately might try this for a hopeful boost ...I need one thanks west

Olive oil, take a teaspoon in the morning, and one at dinner, with your meal.

This will help to get rid of inflammation.

Inflammation is what takes years off of your life.

Olive oil Is rich in Omega3 fatty acids, and causes you to also get rid of Bad cholesterol, and increase the good cholesterol.

Olive Fruit Oil is very good for you.

My wife and i usually make a cold pressed extra virgin Olive oil vinaigrette salad dressing.

Apple Cider Vinegar, the one that includes the Mother in it, the mother is a Living pro-biotic.

But the Correct ACV is the one that has the living Pro-biotic in it.

This is a cure all, Jack La lane and many other swore by it, so do My wife and I.

1 teaspoon twice a day.

Health wise it is better than eating a apple a day
 
I do Not lift any weights at all.

I do like to work out though, the wife and i use are bodies own weight and resistance against it self to provide a good work out this means i can get a work out almost anywhere that we are.

With nothing except just our bodies, well and maybe one small piece of equipment.

The wheel is the travel version or the Torso Track are excellent, I have a six pack because of this machine.

My mom died from Alzheimers and had no leg muscle to get her self out of a chair at only 62 years Old.

Yes you can buy Vitamin D3 anywhere in 5000 IU

Health food section at you local grocery store should have Vit. D3

I buy mine from Amazon and i use their prescription buys and get them to auto ship me one every other month, for my wife and I.

We both take two 5000IU caplets a day every day for a total of 10,000 IU a day for each of us.

No prescription needed.

Yes my wife too, has had a epidural when she was younger.

Back Surgery!!! Absolutely last, Last LAST!!! Option.

I have a nurse friend, that had to go in for a knee surgery, she new how many mistakes they make in surgery, She wrote on her leg with a sharpie, on the Good leg, "NOT THIS LEG", she did not want them to make a mistake, and do the wrong leg.

You have to ask them , they may even question it and tell you, that you dont need it.

They dont know about it.

But not how to fix the under lying problem, without evasive surgery.

Most Doctors did not go to school, to heal naturally.

My wife's and My pain are Gone now and it has been a couple of Years, of pain free living.

To Me EVERYONE should be taking Vitamin D3 Every day of their lives.

My wife and I have NOT caught a cold or flu since we have been taking D3, It boosts your Immune system.

So even if you do Not have pain, the other benefits are worth taking it.

Wife had high cholesterol.

We fixed that.

1. Oatmeal, oat bran and high-fiber foods

I have a breakfast of Raw Oatmeal, Almond Milk, 1 table spoon Almond butter, raisins, cinnamon, 2 Tbl spoons apple sauce with peach, & 1/2 a Banana sliced thin, you can add a small amount of Walnuts

I mix it together then let it sit for about 20 minutes so the oatmael can absorb the almond milk so it wont be dry and have a papery texture.

Oatmeal contains soluble fiber, which reduces your low-density lipoprotein (LDL), the "bad," cholesterol. Soluble fiber is also found in such foods as kidney beans, apples, pears, barley and prunes.

Soluble fiber can reduce the absorption of cholesterol into your bloodstream. Five to 10 grams or more of soluble fiber a day decreases your total and LDL cholesterol. Eating 1 1/2 cups of cooked oatmeal provides 6 grams of fiber. If you add fruit, such as bananas, you'll add about 4 more grams of fiber. To mix it up a little, try steel-cut oatmeal or cold cereal made with oatmeal or oat bran.
2. Fish and omega-3 fatty acids

Eating fatty fish can be heart healthy because of its high levels of omega-3 fatty acids, which can reduce your blood pressure and risk of developing blood clots. In people who have already had heart attacks, fish oil — or omega-3 fatty acids — reduces the risk of sudden death.

The American Heart Association recommends eating at least two servings of fish a week. The highest levels of omega-3 fatty acids are in:

Mackerel
Lake trout
Herring
Sardines
Albacore tuna
Salmon
Halibut

You should bake or grill the fish to avoid adding unhealthy fats. If you don't like fish, you can also get small amounts of omega-3 fatty acids from foods like ground flaxseed or canola oil.

You can take an omega-3 or fish oil supplement to get some of the benefits, but you won't get other nutrients in fish, such as selenium. If you decide to take a supplement, just remember to watch your diet and eat lean meat or vegetables in place of fish.
3. Walnuts, almonds and other TREE nuts

Eating about a handful (1.5 ounces, or 42.5 grams) a day of most nuts, such as almonds, hazelnuts, (Not peanuts), pecans, some pine nuts, pistachio nuts and walnuts, may reduce your risk of heart disease. Just make sure the nuts you eat aren't salted or coated with sugar.

These Tree nuts are best if eaten RAW!! roasting tree nuts takes away from a lot of there benefits.

All nuts are high in calories, so a handful will do. To avoid eating too many nuts and gaining weight, replace foods high in saturated fat with nuts. For example, instead of using cheese, meat or croutons in your salad, add a handful of walnuts or almonds.


After we started eating tree nuts and drinking 1 teaspoon of Olive oil, & 1tea spoon of Apple cider vinegar in water every day we started loosing weight.

Wife went from 140-lbs to 115-lbs, She looks Good!!!!!!

I can hardly keep my, lets just say hands, off of her.

I went from 240-lbs

to 175-lbs in less than a year

The so-called sunshine vitamin, which can be obtained from food or manufactured by human skin exposed to the sun, plays a key role in boosting the immune system, researchers believe.

In particular it triggers and arms the body's T cells, the cells in the body that seek out and destroy any invading bacteria and viruses.

Scientists at the University of Copenhagen have discovered that Vitamin D is crucial to activating our immune defenses and that without sufficient intake of the vitamin, the killer cells of the immune system – T cells – will not be able to react to and fight off serious infections in the body.

For T cells to detect and kill foreign pathogens such as clumps of bacteria or viruses, the cells must first be ‘triggered’ into action and "transform" from inactive and harmless immune cells into killer cells that are primed to seek out and destroy all traces of invaders.

The researchers found that the T cells rely on vitamin D in order activate and they would remain dormant, ‘naïve’ to the possibility of threat if vitamin D is lacking in the blood.

For the research team, identifying the role of vitamin D in the activation of T cells has been a major breakthrough.

“Scientists have known for a long time that vitamin D is important for calcium absorption and the vitamin has also been implicated in diseases such as cancer and multiple sclerosis, but what we didn’t realize is how crucial vitamin D is for actually activating the immune system – which we know now, ” said the researchers.

The findings, continues Professor Geisler, “could help us to contain infectious diseases and global epidemics.

They will be of particular use when developing new vaccines, which work precisely on the basis of both training our immune systems to react and suppressing the body’s natural defenses in situations where this is important – as is the case with organ transplants and autoimmune disease.”

Most Vitamin D is produced as a natural by-product of the skin’s exposure to sunlight. It can also be found in fish liver oil, eggs and fatty fish such as salmon, herring and mackerel or taken as a dietary supplement.

The findings are published in the latest edition of Nature Immunology.

If you have Been Living with Pain for Years.

Like I had Been,

I had pain everyday from age 22 to age 49, as age 49, is when I started taking Vit. D3.

I am Age 51 now.

My pain was do to a Motorcycle accident, (Severe Neck and back pain for years), left turn car in front of me., and also a Karate accident, after years of Karate, one day, Failure to warm up first, and No stretching,

yielded me a torn Hamstring muscle, Whole back of my left leg Was a Dark PURPLE, very painful, that healed as a knotted muscle, (i had pain in the back of my leg for years), also Severe Sciatica pain, from lower back into left leg, this was on the job accident while working for Toyota, this had me out of work for two weeks.

Since I had pain for Years, I did not expect D3 to help much especially since pills pain did not last long.

Remember;
This is Not a Pain Pill, it does not Mask the pain, it Usually fixes the Problem.

Vitamin D3 is Natural, Give it time to work, at least a Month, taken every day, you will not see Maximum benefits till a month or two

But I started feeling Good Pain Relief in 1-2 weeks, and had no pain in about a month or so.
 
My wife use to get the flu shot every year.

She stop getting the flu shot, I also stopped getting the flu shot.

My wife came home from the mall the other day she said there was a lot of sick people at the mall.

Within One day later, she noticed she had a slight head ache, that night she had a slight fever, elevated temperature, (she work up in the morning hot a sweaty) she was a little uncomfortable, but not to bad she said, maybe a 1 advil kind of un-comfort.

Next day she was fine, she never really got sick, her immune system fought off the illness, The elevated temperature and her sweating it out, was the sign of that.

Her boosted Immune system fought off the bug.

I cannot say it was the D3 for sure i want to think it was.

That was the worst either her or I have been (I have not even had that happen to me) since we started taking D3.
 
i go threw the fever thing quite often and yes its a good thing ...ive been in delirious state of mind hundreds of times ....when people are infected with smart viruses ...it is no joke ...if it wasn't for the fevers id be dead....fever is the best weapon ive ever had access to ....to fight this design to kill virus ...after big bouts of fever is some of best times I have .....
