OK, the prospective buyer just left. I showed him all the positives and we talked about the head gasket. He told me he has a harley 883 and he wants something bigger. He wants to talk to his friend who is a bike mechanic to find out what it will cost to fix. He asked me what my lowest price was and I told him $1,100 and that if the headgasket was fine I'd be asking $1,800-$2,000 and he said very earnestly IMO "I think that is a very good price, that is a good price." 20 minutes later shook hands and that was it, as he was walking back to his car he asked me what time I was available tomorrow and I told him. While I was moving the bike from a space with more light to my usual spot in front of my kitchen window he pulled over and asked me "what about the title, is it Nevada?" and he was glad to hear it was and free and clear.
So there I am, I feel it could go either way. Nothing in our meeting told me he wasn't interested, and in fact he told me he was. I'll know tomorrow if he calls me.
