She was a little tricky to start, as the starter never spun very fast, but a bit of coercion would get her singing.... but the battery wasn't charging! Tired of jumpstarts, I bought a stator and regulator, saving the alternator project for next time. Also replaced the rectifier. And of course the starter...

Yes, oil and water added first...
No fire. No fire. No fire.... carb pop!
Shot of go juice down the carbs, same result.
Pulled all the plugs, slightly moist. Cleaned, reinstalled. Verified plug wire locations.
Strong spark at all 4.
Lots of cranking (and cooling) cycles. Lots of double checks. No left over parts...
Couple of sporatic carb pops, one good exhaust gunshot....
