This product could be good to coat the rubber intake rubber boots.

As for setting the float levels correctly, Im reading that 15.5 mm is correct and thats easy enough to measure.
My question is in what position are the carbs supposed to be when you take this measurement?
I think Randakks instructions ask you to stand the carbs almost upright.
Any help is appreciated

That would be good, minimum pressure on the float needles.
