Glad to hear ya smile Joe ! If that is a 1200 front wheel, any GL speedo should work, i just removed the elect sending unit ,put on a 84 cable and my 78 speedo is dead on(if ya give a crap ha ha) Great job on your Hot Rod Man :salute:

Bushing and rod were worn out caveman tec was take slack out in hollow at rear of piston behind dust seal what joe liked A NAIL LOL no hammer just a hacksaw LOL it worked great Master was good just dirty
inside and along with worn parts was trouble. reverse bled from slave back to master then bled master then all was good just took awhile to figure out. Called local hondastealer in Ocala twice could not get thru they said we would get a return call NODDA I just wanted bushing and rod I think they were used on a lot of years of 1500's they should have had them in stock .But it ended well Jerry

Thanks for the update. I hope he stays put a few days. Record low temps predicted for the next few days.

Got a call from Joe last evening. Still in Ga. Seems to be in good spirits and doing fine. Hooch is still serving him well. He's hoping to get out to the meet at Tom's.

:good: :clapping: :salute:

Joe did some kind of mod linking the mix screw hole of the dft weber to the inlet of the carb. Says it's got a better idle and power. Says he thinks it's getting better mileage but with no odometer to check he goes by frequency of fill ups.

Talked to Joe yesterday.
He's still in Georgia.
He says he's getting in about 100 mile ride around the country most days, Hooch is running good.

He called for ideas cheap how he could get on the internet using wifi.
He'd like a device to take pictures and video's too, maybe 6-7" in size with no monthly plan commitments.
Any ideas besides a phone?

Hmmm.....he actually could buy a used working smart phone and access the free wifi that is available at many restaurants, libraries and other public places. You do not need a cell phone provider to make the wifi work and most phones have a good camera.
