I enjoy the wrenching and the riding, the wrenching fills in the voids while you can't ride, I haven't ridden since last Sept with all the health issues, but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel if all continues to go well. Meanwhile I'm getting the bike ready to go even if it's only two or three hours a day or until I get tired.

If he calls again before the trip back and I think he will I'll try to remember to ask him to swing by you.

good deal , he sent me a note , but he never said WHEN he was passing through , or even where he was going. my wife has been sick , and I hadn't been online much . . and now she is a little better , and we are planning a little Camping trip the 23rd - 26th down near the Ga. / Al. state line , Harrison Bay state park . . . its great that Joe is out enjoying his bike. Rock on Joe. :music:

ok its me now .....trip went good...having a bit of hydro clutch problem on the 1200 motor...all in master cylinder ...jerys going to look at it ...I hate brake fluid....its amazing how well the single carb runs the bike ...never rode a sweeter running bike on a trip.....im pleased ...I see I just need to lower the idle jet a bit more is all I need to do now ....mpg is a guess at moment no speedo...or fuel gauge working on the bike yet ....thanks for all the posts over me

it was a complete caveman take apart of clutch master ...problem was is it was sloppy in all ways possible til the stoke was not long enough to push clutch in enough to disengage ...but it involve taking it all apart to see that guts were good...best its ever been.....

caveman work is not suppose to have to be done away from cave..... :hihihi:
