Great name and more good progress even if work has been getting in the way :good:

I still call mine The Bike too after 5 years or so.
No name has ever sounded right though as many mods I've tried out on her I should call her The Victim.

That's ok Dan as long as you don't get MBS like the rest of us addicts :smilie_happy:

Multi Bike Syndrome
The primary reason bikes need a name. If you only have one, the bike will do. Ya got 12 the wife wants to know which one.
12 would be Chronic Multi Bike Syndrome :smilie_happy:

I thought it was a Harley tank  ,but with so many jap copy cats on the road these days, was better to ask  the flush gas caps looks nice. The question is how do you reach your coolant reservoir? The side photo of your wing looks really great.I've seen a video on youtube of a gl1100 with a harley batwing fairing that looked pretty cool.

The batwing was my first idea after i saw the YouTube one, but here in germany u'll get in trouble if it is not approved and those i cant afford (€800 and up) concerning the coolant reservoir, i just take off the cover and i can reach it without problems. The fuel caps came with the tank, no keys, so not lockable. I will sell them in fall, because i have the next idea in my head for fall/winter....

Thanks, makes me proud to hear that y'all like my bike! Unfortunately i have to fix the fork seals, they are squirting all of the oil.... Never done that before and the manual description is awful.... And i need a new brakelever /brakefluid Box (mastercylinder?) because due to the dragbar its in an awkward angle now... I need a straight one.... Any ideas?

I keep recommending what I know and that is the CBR1000f ones work great and should suit your application well. I want to use one on my 81 to improve the performance of those single pot calipers which will have a different angle problem to yours.
