This is my recently-acquired 1975 GL1000.

1 owner, 58k miles, very well cared for. It has recently had new cam belts, all new fluids and a tune up.
It runs great, and is properly quick for a 47 year old 602lb (273kg) "dry weight" bike. It also handles better than I expected it would. I'm enjoying it much more than I had ever imagined.

I normally wouldn't have been looking for one of these, but, it was owned by the dad of a friend since new, and is the nicest example of one of these I've ever seen, so, I had to have it.

Welcome , don't change a thing, that bike is a beauty, lovely picture too. that would be my screensaver

Don't worry, I won't be changing anything, except maybe the grips, which are oversized foam covered ones.
I have some stock period-correct Honda grips on hand that I may put on it soon.
Also, I MUST disconnect the turn signal beeper, it is driving me crazy!

Beautiful,I also own a 75 K0 ,I rescued and restored it last winter.Enjoy it,I love mine.

Welcome;
Stunning bike, not many in that condition.
I like the brake line upgrade, done it on all of mine

It makes a difference for sure. I stops quite well considering its weight and primitive (compared to say, 1990's and later) calipers and small (compared to modern 300+mm) rotors.
