I got parts today! I may go get the tires mounted and balanced to check fitting.

There is a lack of pics in this thread, so here is my 2nd CBR 600F4i (in winter storage) ...

Sweet! Everyday I want a sports bike more and more. Oh Janet! :whistling:

~O~

Oh yeah, ordered front wheel bearings today.

What is it doing in winter storage??????

It's an old pic from when I lived in NJ a few years ago, my favorite bike (more than my RC51). No winter storage now that I am back in sunny Cali!

I left mine home in the dry garage.....

I did a bunch of little stuff today, painted the front forks and battery tray, prepped the rear for paint. Got a few more parts: brake light, battery, starter solenoid and wired everything I can right now. I also took the tires/wheels down to a shop to get mounted. I also ordered the right size bearings from the dealership today, they where surprisingly cheap.

Same thing I always do: rode it.
:headscratch: which one?

I risked the rain and rode the 1200 to work last night and rode home this morning only slightly damp.

It's 1200 week... I need to remember to wear ear plugs when wearing the 1/2 helmet and riding at highway speeds. My hearing can't take that kind of noise any more.

My youngest son is home from college for the summer and he has stolen my Jeep from me, so I am riding no matter what the weather is. Have I mentioned how much I like my Frogg Toggs?

It is squid season! I've seen so many tank tops and sandals riding around here in the 110 degree heat lol

It looks like it is a car day today, but I am getting my bikes tires/wheels back!

I am getting new front tires for the cage this week too. And the front end is out of alignment/loose, so I may need a new ball joint or something. They are currently wearing on the outsides of the tires. Today I am just changing oil and filters and seeing what is loose in the front.

It must be in the air because they are everywhere around here also. I cringe at the sight of guys in full leather and their girls on the back in shorts and bikini tops. Looks nice at the moment, but if they fall, well not so much.

Got wheels back with new tires on them! Also ordered the rear wheel bearings/seals, installed battery tray and surrounding electrical, etc.

Next is to assemble the triple tree with shocks and front wheel, When the rear bearings come I will do the rear. I also received my 3 new brake pistons in the mail, so the brake should be together soon as well. I should have weight on wheels very soon. Blinkers and other stuff are still on the slow boat from china (literally).

(stock rear tire, wider front tire 110 I think.
