If I had done that outside in Metro Phoenix heat today, I’d be in the hospital this evening. Instead, I’ve been doing some kitchen plumbing. Minimal water ended up under the cabinets and on the floor. Now I have a catch in my back that wasn’t there before, however…

This was one of my missions today (however also rebuild the starter to my little John Deer, and opened up the pop up to see the damage from sitting):

Yeah all the front lighting is LED, the signals are those Proton 500's installed into CBR250 stalks, and the headlight is all projector LED's. The Halo was not expected when I got it and I wired it so it was yellow instead of white.

For the tree we rented a bucket truck, since I have a CDL it is way easy to access these type of things.

Finishing up a week in N. Carolina riding those wonderful roads in the mtns. Watching the weather front coming across our path. I think we're going to get wet today.

more gimping this morning! I also drove to the post office, made a stop at Rosenau power sport to pick up some small parts for the XL 70, made a stop and picked a catfish and shrimp dinner. then back home for more gimping this afternoon

Changed the oil and checked the fluids... getting the 84 ready for a ride to Nova Scotia.
That trip was on my bucket list. Looks like I will have to do it by RV now.

Hopefully next year for a ride to the east coast. Gerry - take the boat up the coast - just brainstorming outside the box.

I wish! It's not big enough for a full coastal trip. :fiddle:

I'm getting ready to check that one off of my list.

I've wanted to ride the Cabot Trail since the early 90's when I was stationed in Maine, but never got the chance - my sons were too young and other things mattered more at the time.

It would've been fun to have one last ride together before you sell the slug. :crying:

That would be a great way to enjoy one last trip, but I can't even go 100 miles without major back and knee pain now. The poor Slug is being used as a local pick up truck for now. The only highway she gets is traveling down to the boatyard in the offseason about 24 miles from here.

We took a ride today over to the St. Croix river valley.

We would have taken the Wisconsin side back, but the Stillwater lift bridge is still under construction, leaving only 36 as a way back over the river. It was nearing rush hour, and 36 is far from my favorite highway to travel on - 55mph four lane, with frequent lights. Thanks, but no thanks.

Changed the plugs in my explorer finally after removing the heater core line and the alternator to get at the plug wires because I wanted to change them too...
I don't think the spark plugs have been changed in well over a decade.

Just barely got your money's worth there.
