What is the ID of tubing on that carb Flange? Is it 1" id pvc tubing or 1-1/4" id tubing?

1" id PVC measures 1.040"

I am not sure about the 1-1/4" id measures out at.

I have been out of here for a while and have not read this entire thread.

But however you end up making this manifold and I applaud you for trying.

Cut out the back of the of the fairing plenum, it will allow hot air from the radiator directly onto the manifold and do away with the internal icing problem. It works perfectly for me, a tip I got directly from HOTT, who built my manifold. "Quote.. Why not, the nakeds don't have it ..end quote"

And that in turn will keep cap'n12am off our backs. :music:

And if I may be so bold, couple it up with a stovebolt Weber ($95) and an extra thick gasket.
