Been 33 days and still waiting on seat from Vietnam. Checked the status and it looks as though it will ship anytime now. So, in the meantime I've been looking on Craigslist just for fun and found this which I think is really cool, especially with the fairing. Anyone guess what year this bike is and owner claims the ignition is gone, so would that be any big deal to replace, Also, look closely, Accel coils which are expensive.

It's a '78 or '79, it has the gauge pod on the false tank. I've seen ignition switches on eBay, but I've never taken mine out.

Wow, a CB1100 Custom with hi-lo shifter, I had a buddy that had the 900, it was a really nice bike.

Never seen one like it myself. If it was next door to me I might offer $200. Not more.
True that, definitely not worth anywhere near a grand!

If you ever rode one, which I did many moons ago. those where one damn fast bike!

They where a staple for the London dispatch rider.

And many interchangeable parts with our machines.

And I might even kill for that instrument cluster!

The bike as a whole looks to be in amazing condition and I still can't believe the low miles
