Tell you what Gents, I'm Glad the hard work is over on this bike. With the weather an the Barrett Jackson car show close by. Looks to be a great weekend out on the bike. Runs well an I'm Finally at ease to know from here forward this bike will be reliable an dependable as it has done its all day ride. :salute: :good:

put the new hand wings on the 1500 today and put the recovered gel pad back on. took a 65 mile ride after work

that's great craftman ... ive been dialing my single carb in ... nice day here too but no where near 90 yet

Picked up new timing belts.
$10 each local.
Those and fresh 50/50 antifreeze are next on the to-do list.
Too lazy after work today. Maybe Friday or this weekend.

Took apart the faux tank for repainting. I'd like to meet the demented SOB that designed that thing because I hate taking them doors off!

Not on the wing itself but the trailer I haul.. added a drop down front wheel... seemed appropriate as it was a cut down boat trailer... got an appointment tomorrow so not much on the wing yet..

i did my first bike wash while at henry's today but i'll have to wash it again this weekend so i can clean the wheels

You do realize William that a clean bike is only a good reason to go for a ride and make it dirty again. :music:

i was going to go for a ride after leaving henry's but the wind was gusting up around 30mph ( maybe even faster ) and the rain clouds were moving in so i came home
