Thanks. Loved the line about ducting fresh air from outside the fairing right after Cyborg's statement. Funny, I've read a lot of CM's BS and don't ever recall him making this statement, and we've all seen the picks of his bike. He is such a liar.

He says whatever is convenient for him at the time whether true or not.
It's so easy for me to see this. What I don't see is why anyone would take a nanosecond of their time to acknowledge his illusions.

He relies on Little used words to sound learned when in fact he is not. If you know what the terms mean and the subject at hand they very rarely fit or support each other. Reads like a college boy regurgitating what da professor said. Maybe he was voted most popular in third grade and has spent all his years since attempting to reclaim the status? He obviously hasn't learned anything from his rejections and trials. Not even his prolonged absence has made any noticeable change.

I so want to ask for a pic of the ducting to the carb but I'm sure it wouldn't be received well. Few understand what real griefing or trolling truly are so that is why I won't ask for proof.

He's rarely provided proof of anything. Even his vid doesn't prove he's on any particular make or model bike. Gauges move and the scenery changes. Whoopee.

Our forum here is met with a lot of opposition because we call it like it is and we're not afraid to do so.
I'm sure that hurts a lot of "feelings" but I wouldn't want it any other way. The truth is more important.

His insistence that heat is required in these SCC conversions is simply not true. Adding heat and how to do it is probably the #1 reason most wouldn't attempt building their own.
There may be some instances where/when heat would be beneficial, but it certainly is NOT required.

Ya know, just the thought that anyone would want to ask for proof goes against what the Goldwing community is all about. We help each other because we like to help, and we voluntarily document with pictures and videos to make it easier for others to understand.
I don't know what he is, but he sure isn't an Old-Winger.

Yes you do know...yer just too polite to say it in mixed company.... :ahem: :hihihi:
I just don't get a guy(assuming cm85 IS a "guy") that refuses to accept that his method of doing something is NOT the ONLY way it will work. And spouting off all of his BS about this/that, and not offering any definitive proof that shows his actual results is a bit offensive, imho.
At least most, if not all, of the CGW folks that have done a mod have shared their results/opinions of the results, whether good or not-so-good. I'm a friggin idjit, and I post my failures as well as the few successes I've had. Sharing the failures is more important...that's how we get to the successes...

Posting what doesn't work helps to keep new builds on track. Posting crap that you know doesn't work like it's the holy grail is just a blatant lie.

i see ( with only a small level of interest, mostly for giggles ) that good ol CM is at it again on saunders. babbling on about ignitions, but still has no time or inclination to
show his efforts in that area.
he might be feeling better since NGW let him back, who knows .........

That poor man, he is seriously damaged. :(

There's been some moderation there.

That post was an attack on me because I was stating how good the C5 was, and countering the "anyone can built it at home a lot cheaper" crowd when the chorus started singing in unison. The funny thing is, it was all in a thread about putting a 1200 in an 1100 frame. After that post I suggested the thread get back on topic and he wanted to brag to do it in his thread and it appears to have been moved and now it's delete as is yours. Why it's tolerated is amazing.
