Well it was a busy day
First I made this pile of clean bits
Plastic etc.JPG

Then I realized I was wasting a 70 degree perfect day for riding, this is what distracted me

So when I got back I had to finish the work, children don't look, naked bike pictures, cleaning more

Then I took the radiator out

All this to get to the timing belt covers, they still have to come off...but!! nothing broke lost or torn up...Great Day!

It's bike/guest bedroom she says

I have one of those too... at least while my youngest is away at College!

What didnt I do to my bike....

Saturday: Finally got to cleaning and going through the carb rack on the 84 Aspy
Sunday: Installed the carb rack minus the secondary air supply system and pulled the front calipers off
Monday/Tuesday: Disassembled and rebuilt the front calipers for the bike and installed my new brake pads
Wednesday (last night): Pulled the front and rear wheels so I can get my new tires

Im hoping this weekend to get my wheels back on, flush the brake lines with fresh fluid, re-install the calipers and bleed the systems. Also, if I get my new air and fuel filters I am hoping to start the bike and dial in the carb rack a bit to see how all is going. Spring is coming and I am going to be ready! :heat:

I got my jacket patch today... Looks good I must say. Thanks Dan I hope the shirts look this good too. I will be wearing them both very soon.

What I did to my wing today was order more parts..

I didn't say what the parts were so here is the list of new parts.
New foot brake spring, new Original OEM FUEL CLAMPS (THE ONES THAT CAME WITH THE BIKE IN 78) not the newer OEM fuel clamps. Vetter CycleSound radio cover. I'm bidding on new fairing lights.. I did finally get the snap ring out of the master cylinder. Just need to get the tincy tiny screw out of the Master cylinder so I can mount the switch..

Finally got her over to George's place tonight. This tow set up was sweet. I can't wait to start on all the work we are going to do to her over the next three days, w00h00!

\\ :music: NOW THATS COOL

Moved the trunk forward so my wife can actually use the back rest and put the left side cover on for the first time since I've owned the bike! I'm putting my new windscreen on the fairing tonight so it'll be ready for our Valentine's Day ride tomorrow!

Got my C5 in the mail a couple of weeks ago and today received a intake manifold for my single carb to replace my PVC manifold. Hopefully this weekend I'll get everything installed! :clapping: :clapping: :clapping: :builder: :builder: :builder:
